Description

3/8-16 thread hex machine screw nut,  5/8″ across flat sides x 1/4″ tall

This is a Stainless Steel 304 alloy of Iron, carbon, chromium and nickel
Strong and shiny because of the high chromium content
It does not have chrome surface treatment

The 3/8-16 thread Jam Nut is standard on:
– Leg Levelers
– Corner Brackets (to “lock” the leg bolt)
– and several other places throughout the machine…
– 1/4 ” tall, many common Jam Nuts are shorter and with less treads 

This is the original 1/4″ high Jam Nut for all Williams leg levelers and to fasten leg bolts as well
